Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) represented MRG Group, a leading National Capital Region-based real estate developer, in the negotiation and execution of a Development Agreement with Lodha Developers Limited. The agreement pertains to a residential development project in Gurgaon, which is being undertaken on a joint development basis between the parties.
