Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) acted as legal counsels for KNR Constructions Limited (“Company”) in its sale of 100% shareholding in 4 special purpose vehicles namely KNR Palani Infra Private Limited, KNR Ramagiri Infra Private Limited, KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited, and KNR Ramanattukara Infra Private Limited to Indus Infra Trust. The sale was effected through execution of share purchase agreements.
