Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) in relation to the initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to INR 8,710.48 million by Nephrocare Health Services Limited (the “Offer”). The Offer comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to INR 3,534.05 million and an offer for sale of equity shares by selling shareholders aggregating to INR 5,176.43 million. IFC offered 3,089,663 equity shares in the offer for sale, aggregating to INR 1,421.24 million.
The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges on December 17, 2025.
