CAM acted as legal counsel to JSW Steel Limited (“Client”) in relation to the acquisition of entire shareholding of Saffron Resources Private Limited (“Saffron”). Saffron holds lands admeasuring about 887 acres in Dhenkanal District, Odisha (“Land”). The Land may be used by the Client for its future expansion projects.
