On 21-7-2025, the Vice- President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, resigned from his office to prioritize health care and abide by medical advice, effective immediately.
He extended his gratitude to the President of India, Prime Minister of India and to the Council of Ministers for their cooperation and support.
