Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advised GPS Renewables Private Limited on investment by Sojitz Corporation in GPSR Arya One Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle set up under GPSR Arya Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of GPS Renewables Private Limited.
