Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Emaar India Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary, Shitij Buildcon Private Limited on acquisition of land admeasuring 25 Acres at Alibaug, Maharashtra along with preparing documents required for RERA registration of the project. The deal was closed on 15th October, 2024.
The transaction will mark the entry of Emaar India Limited in the developing Alibaug market, near Mumbai with a premium holiday home project.
