Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) advises Johnson Controls International plc on Indian law aspects regarding sale of its residential and light commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) business to the Bosch Group. The transaction involved the sale of 100% of the total share capital of Johnson Controls Hitachi Air Conditioning Holding (UK) Limited (JCH), a 60-40 joint venture with Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc., to Robert Bosch GmbH and the indirect acquisition of Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited, a listed company in India.
