About the Moot Court Committee:

The Moot Court Committee of Amity Law School is a student-led body that oversees and facilitates all mooting activities in coordination with the administration. It organizes intra-departmental as well as national and international moot court competitions annually. The Committee has successfully conducted multiple national and internal competitions, fostering practical advocacy skills. Through structured training and competitions, it prepares students for participation at national and international moots.

  • Preliminary Round — 16th February 2026 (Online)

  • Quarterfinals & Semifinals — 27th February 2026 (Offline, Amity Mumbai Campus)

  • Final Round — 28th February 2026 (Offline, Amity Mumbai Campus)

  • Eligibility: Law Students, scholars, and academicians from UGC/BCI recognized institutions.

  • Team Composition: 2—3 members (Speakers + Researcher).

  • Registration Fee: ₹4000 + GST

  • Winner — ₹50,000 + Trophy + Certificate of Excellence

  • Runner-Up — ₹35,000 + Trophy + Certificate of Excellence

  • Simulation-based competition where participants analyze crime scenes.

  • Research-oriented competition requiring participants to draft and present papers on specific legal topics.
