Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM“) advised Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited (the “Placement Agent“) which acted as the placement agents for the sale of 34,300,000 equity shares of Bharti Airtel Limited (“Company”) by Indian Continent Investment Limited (the “Seller“) for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 7,191 crore, by way of a share sale on the screen based trading platform of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
