Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) acted as legal counsel to Finwizard Technology Private Limited (“Fisdom”), and the promoters of Fisdom, in relation to the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Fisdom by Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited (“Groww”).
Fisdom offers a range of financial services, including mutual fund investments, stock broking services, portfolio management, and tax filing.
