ABOUT THE ORGANISERS:

  • MNLU Nagpur — A premier National Law University established by the Government of Maharashtra under the Maharashtra National Law University Act (2014), with Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, Justice B.R. Gavai as Chancellor and Prof. (Dr.) Vijender Kumar as Vice Chancellor.
  • M.U.D.R.A (Modern Unified Dispute Resolution Axis) — Central India’s first dedicated ADR institution, committed to advancing Arbitration and Mediation in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. It is led by Founding Partner Adv. Juhi Manish Selarka and functions under the mentorship of Adv. Asif Qureshi, Member and Former Chairman of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
  • Maadhyam — International Council for Conflict Resolution, Delhi — A pioneering institution in mediation and arbitration, led by Former Additional Solicitor General Mr. Amarjit Singh Chandhiok (President) and Senior Advocate Mr. J.P. Sengh (President-Elect). Maadhyam is actively engaged in shaping ADR policy, professional development, and institutional practice globally.
