Initial offer by TVS Infrastructure Trust (the “Trust”) of 13,00,00,000 Units through a private placement at a price of INR 100.00 per Unit (the “Offer Price”), aggregating to INR 1,30,000.00 lakhs (the “Offer”).
The Offer comprises a fresh issue of 10,50,00,000 Units, aggregating to INR 1,05,000.00 lakhs by the Trust (the “Fresh Issue”) and an offer for sale of 2,50,00,000 Units aggregating to INR 25,000.00 lakhs by the Selling Unitholder (the “Offer for Sale”).
