Advent International Corporation | Divestment of its entire stake in Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited
Khaitan & Co advised Advent International on sale of its entire shareholding in Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited to Mankind Pharma Limited, in a bid process. The Firm advised on all aspect of the transaction, including vendor diligence, assistance with the bid process, negotiating and finalising transaction documents, and advising on competition law and other regulatory aspects. The deal value is USD 1.6 billion.
