Noting the chain of events, the Court stated that there was a very clear attempt to frame the Court by Mr. Partho Sarkar because negative orders were passed by Justice Jamdar against Mr. Kurle and Mr. Nedumpara, close associates of Mr. Sarkar.
As far as the conciliation efforts were concerned, the Court noted that all efforts of mediation/ conciliation to reunite the parties had failed.
