Bombay HC Judge alleges ploy by Advocates to frame him; Directs police inquiry

Noting the chain of events, the Court stated that there was a very clear attempt to frame the Court by Mr. Partho Sarkar because negative orders were passed by Justice Jamdar against Mr. Kurle and Mr. Nedumpara, close associates of Mr. Sarkar.
