Inside Supreme Court order affirming SIT clean chit to Reliance Foundation’s Vantara

While the Supreme Court directed re-sealing of Justice Chelameswar led SIT Report, it also directed that summary of the investigation, finding and recommendations of the SIT shall form part of the Order copy.

Supreme Court constitutes SIT led by Justice Jasti Chelameswar to probe Reliance Foundation’s ‘Vantara’ Wildlife Centre in Gujarat

“The SIT shall be assisted fully by the Central Zoo Authority, the CITES Management Authority, the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, and the State of Gujarat, including its Forest and Police Departments. All private persons and entities, including Vantara, shall also extend full co-operation.”
