BCI Revises Election Eligibility Rules 2023: Disqualification set at two Pending Criminal Cases

BCI has notified an amendment to Rule 4 concerning disqualification for election, stating that candidates will be barred if two or more serious criminal cases are pending, and introducing a right to appeal to the Central Election Tribunal.
