On 6-9-2025, the President, in exercise of the power conferred by Article 217(1) of the Constitution, appointed the following Advocates as Judges of Allahabad High Court:
(i) Amitabh Kumar Rai
(ii) Rajiv Lochan Shukla
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 25-3-2025 had approved the proposal for appointment Amitabh Kumar Rai and Rajiv Lochan Shukla as High Court Judges.
