CAM advised and assisted Arkade Developers Limited (“Arkade“), a listed company, in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital (on a fully diluted basis) of Filmistan Private Limited (“Filmistan“). As part of the transaction, Arkade acquired equity shares of Filmistan, from the individual shareholders.
