CAM advised Navin Fluorine International Limited (“NFIL”) on the qualified institutions placement of its equity shares (“QIP”) aggregating to INR 7,500 million.
The allotment pursuant to the QIP was completed on July 11, 2025. JM Financial Limited acted as the placement agent to the QIP.
