Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Samayat Services LLP (the “Seller”) for the sale of 900,000,000 equity shares of Vishal Mega Mart Limited (“Company”) by way of a share sale on the screen based trading platform of BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This a sale of 19.36% stake by the Seller in the Company for a reported aggregate amount of around INR 10,220 crores (approx.).
The team was led by Yash Ashar, Senior Partner; and Manshoor Nazki, Partner (Regional Co-Head – Capital Markets – South); with the support from Mansi Jhaveri, Principal Associate; and Neha Sharma, Associate.
The transaction was signed on 16th June, 2025 and closed on 17th June, 2025.
