Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised SONA BLW Precision Forgings Limited (“SONA”) on the acquisition of 54% stake through a combination of primary and secondary transactions in NOVELIC d.o.o. Beograd-Zvezdara (“Novelic”). The deal was valued at INR 356 Crores and the date of closing the deal was 05 September 2023.
SONA is a listed entity in India, which is a global automotive systems & components manufacturer.
