Meghalaya HC directs Single Judge to amicably resolve dispute over stone configuration believed to be ‘Shiva Linga’ in Mawjymbuin cave
The Court noted that since the subject matter pertained to religious property and religious sentiments were involved, therefore requested the Single Judge to resolve the issue through mediation or settlement.
