The issue comprises a fresh issue of INR 42,500 million and an offer for sale by certain shareholders, including Peak XV Partners, Elevation Capital, Y Combinator Continuity and South Park Commons.
The Issuer is the largest depository in India and a prominent market infrastructure institution, registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
