Bengaluru Court issues arrest warrant against former CM BS Yediyurappa in POCSO case
A case was registered under Section 8 of the POCSO Act read with Section 354(A) of the Penal Code, 1860 against BS Yediyurappa for allegedly assaulting a 17-year-old girl.
