CAM represents Adani Group on its partnership with MetTube for copper tube business in India
CAM represented Adani group on its strategic partnership with MetTube, part of Metdist group, by divesting 50% of its stake in Kutch Copper Tubes Limited, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited, to MetTube Mauritius Pvt Limited and concurrently, AEL acquiring a 50% stake in MetTube Copper India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of MMPL.
