These Rules are in supersession of the NHRC (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1996 and NHRC (Salaries, Allowances and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Staff) Rules, 2020 and lays down the NHRC pay matrix 2025.
