Allahabad HC quashes summoning order against Journalists in defamation case over publication of former MP Brij Bhushan’s letters to CM
The journalists stated that summoning order is an unreasoned order as all the aspects of the case including the relevant law has not been considered while passing the same by the Magistrate concerned.
