The 1st All India Moot Court Competition, 2026, is one of the very few moot court competitions in India exclusively dedicated to the intersection Personality Rights, Constitutional Rights, and Intellectual Property Law.
Competition Structure
Team Composition and Eligibility

Each team may comprise a minimum of two (2) members and a maximum of three (3) members. In case of a two-member team, one of the speakers will be required to undertake the Researcher’s Test.

Institutions are required to complete provisional registration at the earliest. Please note that only 32 teams will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.
