About IDIA
IDIA stands for Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access in Legal Education. Founded by Prof. (Dr.) Shamnad Basheer, it is a national non-profit organisation that identifies and empowers students from underprivileged and marginalised backgrounds to pursue legal education, with the aim of creating community leaders and change agents within the legal system. IDIA reaches out to the marginalized and under-represented groups, sensitizes them to law as a viable career option and helps interested students acquire admission in law schools, which are otherwise increasingly elitist spaces. About the IDIA’s Upcoming Learning Management System (LMS)
IDIA’s Training and Management (T&M) is responsible for preparing trainees for CLAT and other law entrance examinations.
IDIA is expanding its training program by designing an Online Learning Management System (LMS) for its CLAT trainees. The portal will be designed to provide online mocks, study materials, and online classes for the IDIA trainees.
For this purpose, we seek active participation from the IDIA volunteer community and other law school students to help us build an online portal with CLAT resources (qualitative and quantitative) for IDIA trainees.
Position

The commitment period of a member is for a year, i.e., calendar year 2026 which can be extended further for one more year on a performance basis.

Members will be inducted in the capacity of Content Creators and Online Teachers for each of the subjects forming part of the CLAT pattern – namely English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs. While you have the option of applying for more than one subject, it should be made clear that you will ultimately be selected only for one position.
Incentives
The volunteers selected for IDIA’s Online LMS as Content Creators / Online Teachers will be:

All content creators / online teachers will be issued an IDIA Training & Management (T&M) Experience Certificate for their work tenure.

The best content creator / online teacher from each subject will be awarded a “Certificate of Merit”.

Content creators / online teachers will be featured on all social media handles of IDIA (LinkedIn, IG, FB) subject to producing qualitative work.
Qualifications Required
The minimum qualifications required to apply are the following:

All UG/PG students who are enrolled in a 5 year law course/LLM at a recognized law university, college, or institute.

Good communication skills (English / Hindi / any regional language) along with leadership qualities.
