SCOTUS permits parents to opt-out their children from school lessons involving LGBTQ+ inclusive themes
The Montgomery County Board of Education introduced a variety of LGBTQ+-inclusive texts into the curriculum which included 5 “LGBTQ+-inclusive” storybooks approved for students in kindergarten through fifth grade, which have story lines focused on sexuality and gender.
