About the Instructor:

Prof. Nikhil Naren, an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law, Sonipat, Haryana, School, Sonipat, Haryana, stands as a beacon in the intersection of Law and Technology.
After graduating from Symbiosis Law School, Noida in 2020, Mr. Nikhil secured a Pre-Placement Offer from Scriboard [Advocates and Legal Consultants], specializing in Information, Technology, and Law. He went on to earn a Chevening Scholarship, completing his LLM at Queen Mary University of London in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications. He was also honoured with the ‘Gold Award’ for volunteering over 100 hours in the UK, distinguishing him among the 2021-22 Chevening cohort.

Complementing his academic and humanitarian efforts, sir has co-authored two impactful books: “Internet Law: Regulating Cyberspace and Emerging Technologies” (Bloomsbury Professional India, 2020) and “Artificial Intelligence and Law: Challenges Demystified” (Law & Justice Publishing Company, 2022). Nikhil sir’s multifaceted journey positions him as a distinguished figure, blending academic rigour, practical experience, and a commitment to societal impact in the dynamic field of Law and Technology.

Eligibility:

The course would be open for all law students pursuing a UG/PG course, and other UG/PG Courses, faculties, and practitioners.
