The Central Government, after consultation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board, notified Drugs (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2022 to amend the Drugs Rules, 1945.

In the Drugs Rules, 1945, in rule127, in sub-rule (1), the following entry has been be inserted:
