MNLU Mumbai’s Centre for Research in Criminal Justice (CRCJ) is excited to invite legal professionals, academicians, and students to an enlightening session titled “The Journey of a Criminal Trial” under the new Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. This expert talk will be given by Adv. Rebecca Mammen John, a distinguished Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, who is the guest speaker.
