Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), in partnership with the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (CSERC), invites abstract/proposal submissions for the 1st HNLU National Conference on Energy Laws: “Empowering India’s Energy Future: Navigating the Legal Landscape” in Collaboration with CSERC.

About CSERC:

The Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (CSERC) was established by the Government of Chhattisgarh to regulate the electricity sector within the State. Operating since August 23, 2002, under the Electricity Act, 2003, its main goal is to ensure fairness, efficiency, and transparency in the industry while safeguarding consumer interests, promoting competition, and supporting sectoral growth.

“Empowering India’s Energy Future – Navigating the Legal Landscape” is a conference that aims to highlight the vitality of energy laws in India’s journey towards an energy prosperous future which shall quintessentially require a flawless regulatory structure.
