With the feelings of exhilaration, great pride and honour, we present to you the 9th edition of the Amity International Moot Court Competition which is scheduled to be held on the 18th and 19th of October, 2019. A pièce de résistance of Amity University, AIM is the most awaited event organised by Amity Law School, Noida, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh. Amity International Moot Court Competition has been the “Annual Flagship Event” of ALS where teams from the country and around the world compete for the coveted trophy.

With all enthusiasm, the organising team is all set with the work and preparations for AIM,2019.

Welcome all to the second day of 9th Amity International Moot Court Competition,2019. 

We are back with more updates of AIM’19. The final day of the battles begins.

The teams with glitter in their eyes and butterflies in their stomach have started their journey for the Semi-Final Round to compete for coming one step closer to their victory.

Esteemed Judges for the semi-rounds arrived.

The distinguished judges for the Semi-Final Bench are-

After successful completion of the Semi-final Round, a Felicitation Ceremony was conducted for the esteemed judges as the token of gratitude by the team of AIM’19.

Valedictory ceremony commenced by delivery of welcome address by Prof.(Dr.) Shefali Raizada (Addl. Director\HOI Amity Law School,Noida). Ma’am appreciated all the 23 teams who participated in the AIM’19. She stated that our  strategy is to plan, check and work and to do complete the task in innovative manner and enjoy the journey.

After this, few words was delivered by Prof. (Dr.) D.K. Bandyopadhaya (Chairman Amity Law Schools). Sir mentioned the appreciation and blessings by Founder President Sir,Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan for the success of the event.

Further, distinguished Guest of Honor, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Talwant Singh, High Court Delhi stated the importance of moot court competitions in the life of a law student. He regreted his non-participation in such competitions. He further discussed about the progression in the courts by shifting to electronic form. He wished everyone success in their respective career.

Further, distinguished Guest of Honor ,Hon’ble  Ms. Justice Jyoti Singh,High Court Delhi encouraged the students by saying that all the students should do what they love and be passionate about it, then only a person will achieve success.

Further, Vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Bhavna Batra (Faculty Convenor AIM’19) wherein she thanked all students, faculty and HOI for the constant support and thanked the distinguished for gracing the occasion with their presence. Ma’am stated that success doesn’t come from doing something occasionally it comes from doing something constantly.

The valedictory ceremony concluded with reciting the National Anthem.

The flagship event of our college , the journey which we embarked upon, comes to an end.The 9th Amity International Moot Court ,2019 is officially closed.

We have achieved so much in the time we have been here and gained a lot ourselves too. This event is finished, but it does not really stop here, soon it will be time to be thinking about organizing the next one. We know we have enjoyed today immensely, so do the participants. Also, we would like to thank our organizing team for arranging the event enormously. Finally to our institution Amity Law School, Noida for providing us this opportunity.
