Securities and Exchange Board of India (Annual Report) Rules, 2021

On March 12, 2021, the Ministry of Finance has notified SEBI (Annual Report) Rules, 2021. Under the Rules, the Securities and Exchange Board of India is obligated to submit a report to the Central Government giving a true and full account of its activities, policies and programmes during the previous financial year. The report shall be submitted within ninety days after the end of each financial year. The Form of Annual Report has been annexed to the Rules.
