Supreme Court Collegium recommends transfer of 2 Delhi High Court Judges

The Supreme Court Collegium comprising of Dr Justice DY Chandrachud, the Chief Justice of India, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice BR Gavai, Justice Surya Kant and Justice Aniruddha Bose on 13-03-2024 recommended the transfer of 2 Delhi High Court Judges namely Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice V. Kameshwar Rao in the interest of better administration justice.

1. Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva’s name was recommended to be transferred to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh.

2. Justice V. Kameshwar Rao’s name recommended to be transferred to the High Court of Karnataka.
