Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (“ABFRL”) (as sole counsel) on listing of Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (“ABLBL“) equity shares on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited pursuant to the vertical demerger of Madura Fashion and Lifestyle business from ABFRL by way of a scheme of arrangement under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.
