TCC Concept Limited (“TCC”) acquired a significant majority stake in Pepperfry Limited (“Pepperfry”) from its existing shareholders, in lieu of issuance of its shares to the existing shareholders. We represented Goldman Sachs, an existing shareholder in Pepperfry.
