Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advises Aviom India Housing Finance on raising series D funding with TIAA Investment

20 June, 2023| New Delhi: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas advised Aviom India Housing Finance Private Limited in raising Series D funding, led by Nuveen, a global investment management firm. Nuveen is investing an amount of USD 30 million, in a combination of primary and secondary investments.

The transaction team was led by Amit Khansaheb, Partner; Pratyush Singh, Partner; Manu Gupta, Senior Associate; Bhavya Vatsa, Associate; and Advaye Sawhny, Associate.

Capital 4 Development Asia Fund Cooperatief U.A.(“C4D”), Gojo & Company, Inc. (“Gojo”) and Sabre Partners AIF Trust (“Sabre”) were represented by Khaitan & Co, Vertices Partners and Jyoti Sagar and Associates, respectively.
