Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM“) acted as legal counsel to PropShare Capital Advisors Private Limited (“Client”) in connection with the sale of the entire equity share capital of, and the compulsorily convertible debentures issued by, (i) Propavenue Estate Private Limited (“Entity 1”); and (ii) Instacoreasset Private Limited (“Entity 2”) (collectively “Entities”), pursuant to a separate securities purchase agreement for each of the two Entities, and each being a special purpose vehicle established to hold a real estate asset.
