December, 05, 2025, Mumbai: CAM advised Ashoka Buildcon Limited on Macquarie’s exit from its group entities, Ashoka Concessions Limited and Jaora – Nayagaon Toll Road Company Private Limited (“Group Entities”). Post the transaction, the Macquarie entities – Macquarie SBI Infrastructure Investments Pte Limited and SBI Macquarie Infrastructure Trust, have fully exited from the Group Entities. The exit was linked to the sale of various highway assets and build-operate-transfer toll road assets of several SPVs of the Ashoka Group.
The transaction was led by Aditi Manchanda, Partner; with support from Kaushik Raichura, Associate.
