About the Organisation
The Centre for Health Law and Policy (CHLP) was established on 8th August 2014 at the National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi. It serves as an interdisciplinary research centre promoting innovative scholarship in health law through teaching, research, consultancy, and advocacy.
The Centre has organised several significant events, including the National Workshop on the Right to Emergency Medical Care and the International Seminar on Access to Medicine and Novel Medical Technologies. It has also published a book titled Healthcare, Technology and the Law: Interplay between Regulations and Digital Healthcare.
About the Journal
Selected papers presented during the conference will be published in a book with an ISBN number, after incorporating suggestions made during the presentation sessions. Confirmation of selection will be sent to the respective authors via email post-conference.
About Call for Papers
This conference aims to explore the intersection between healthcare and gender justice, encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue on issues relating to law, policy, healthcare systems, and gender equity. Submissions are invited from participants interested in engaging with both theoretical and practical dimensions of these issues.
Eligibility
Submissions are invited from law students, academicians, research scholars, legal practitioners, and industry professionals.
Co-authorship of up to two authors is permitted, including collaborations across institutions.

Abstract Submission

Submit an abstract not exceeding 500 words in .doc or .docx format via the Google Form.

The abstract must include:

○ Relevant theme
○ Brief overview of the paper
○ Conclusion (author’s perspective)
○ Three keywords
Full Paper Submission
