Bombay High Court: On 12-06-2025, the Court issued a notice seeking suggestions and objections on the proposed amendment to Bombay High Court Service of Processes by Electronic Mail Service (Civil Proceedings) Rules, 2017, i.e., the Bombay High Court Service of Processes by Electronic Mail Service (Civil Proceedings) (Amendment) Rules, 2025. The Court stated that anyone interested may send their suggestion/objection via email at rule-section@bhc.gov.in to the Registrar (Legal and Research) on or before 15-06-2025.
