The 4th edition of Conquest witnessed a remarkable performance by NLSIU teams. Conquest is country’s only national-level intercollegiate quiz on India’s constitution, politics, and history. The competition is conceptualised and executed by the Centre for Law and Policy Research, a non-profit trust based in Bengaluru.
The regional rounds held at St. Joseph’s College of Law, Bengaluru on 10 August 2019, witnessed the participation of over 75 teams across southern states. The team consisting of Mr. Animesh Singh, Ms. PallaviKhatri and Drishaj Suresh emerged winners. NLSIU team comprising Mr. Aman Deep Borthakur, Ms. Anushree Jain and Mr. Dhanush Dinesh also bagged the runners-up trophy. Both the teams will represent the southern zone at the National Finals, to be held Bangalore in September 2019.
