In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint
(i) Justice S. Ramathilagam,
(ii) Justice R. Tharani,
(iii) Justice P. Rajamanickam,
(iv) Justice T. Krishnavalli,
(v) Justice R. Pongiappan, and
(vi) Justice R. Hemalatha,
Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, to be Judges of the Madras High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
