On 8.04.2016, the President appointed S/Shri (i) V. Bharathidasan, (ii) D. Krishnakumar, (iii) S. S. Sundar, (vi) M. V. Muralidaran, (v) Ponnusamy Kalaiyarasan and (vi) B. Gokuldas, to be Judges of the Madras High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.

On 8.04.2016, the President appointed S/Shri (i) Ganga Ram Moolchandani, (ii) Deepak Maheshwari, (iii) Vijay Kumar Vyas, (iv) Kailash Chandra Sharma, (v) Goverdhan Bardhar, (vi) Pankaj Bhandari, and (vii) Dinesh Chandra Somani, to be Additional Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, in that order of seniority.
The appointment of S/Shri (i) Ganga Ram Moolchandani, (ii) Deepak Maheshwari, (iii) Vijay Kumar Vyas, (iv) Goverdhan Bardhar, (v) Pankaj Bhandari, and (vi) Dinesh Chandra Somani, would be for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices. However, the period of appointment of Kailash Chandra Sharma would be with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office till 31st December, 2017.
