BCI has announced that law students enrolled after 2010-11 in Delhi University are not eligible for enrollment as Advocates due to the absence of extension of approval of affiliation to the Law Centres.
BCI has sent copies to the Bar Council of Delhi and other State Bar Council stating that “The Students who have admitted in 2011-12 and passed out from these centres from the year 2013-14 are not eligible to be enrolled as advocates.”
