Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (“CAM”) advised Larsen & Toubro Limited (“L&T”) in its share purchase agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited, a Government of Telangana Enterprise, for disposal of L&T’s entire shareholding in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, for consideration of INR 1,461.47 crores.
